Michael Douglas has admitted for the first time that when he was only 16 years old... So it seems the cougar and toyboy craze has certainly stood the test of time! In Elle magazine he said that it was actually two women who got hold of him, although he stopped short of saying who they were!! (he said he didn't want to get them into trouble..) But he joked they are probably both dead now.
However the polar opposite seemed to be true for his partner Catherine Zeta-Jones who originally said that she didn't like partners to be younger than her, rather she said she loves older men as they are more intelligent and stable. However in a big twist while she was playing the part of a divorcee who falls for her male nanny, she actually appeared to change her tune – and suggested that she would actually possibly like to date younger men / toyboys – theoretically though – we don't want her to upset her older man Michael!
Michael is no stranger to controversy he recently admitted he had sought counciling due to his sex addiction. Perhaps the seeds were sown early on in his life when the cougars hit on him! Who knows! The Mrs Robinson fantasy has always been a popular attraction and with this type of thing featuring more and more in the press and celebrity dating circles it seems only to be growing and growing. For example movie director Sam Taylor Wood recently announced she was getting married and having a bay with 19 year old Aaron Johnson who is 19 and she is 42!
