The discraced Irish Minister Iris Robinson (dubbed Mrs Robinson by the media) who had an affair with a younger man 40 years her junior has been found to have illegally helped him get access to £50,000 worth of loans to fund his cafe business.
Iris has since been forced out of her position in the Northern Ireland Assembly but it has also been revealed that her lover cut the relationship short by lying about the fact he had testicular cancer.
Toyboy Kirk McCambley is alleged to have told Iris that the cancer was adversely affecting his sexual performance and his life although this later appeared to be not true. It is beleived that this was a reaction to Iris bombarding him with text messages and love letters.. at the time he had a girlfriend and he was panicked by her increasing demands for attention.
In a funny twist there has been a resurgence in sales of the Simon and Garfunkle song 'Mrs Robinson since the scandal hit the worlds media.
