Looks like Denise Van Outen has been re-invigorated by her toyboy partner Lee Mead who starred in the show Any Dream Will Do with her.
Most mums would take a good few months off to re-couperate and recharge their batteries but not Denise. She was not willing to let her successful career slip one bit and wants just 2 weeks off!
She is also in a very diplomatic mood about being rejected by TV chiefs for their latest Over The Rainbow after they were worried her pregnancy may affect her performances.
She has not let the grass grow under her feet however and is about to launch her own brand of baby clothes. Also the daytime TV show Paul O'Grady Show has requested that she be a guest presenter with Melanie Sykes. Although she has been looking forward to being a mum for years she loves her job so much she knew she just couldn't give it up.
We certainly can't help thinking that the toyboys effect may be giving her the extra zest for life that lets her spur herself on to be able to juggle such big responsibilities! Denise met her younger man Lee in 2008 when she was in her early 30's and she wasn't sure if she would ever have children. However like quite a few older women she has managed to have children despite her age with their toyboys. For example Sam Taylor Wood was 42 when she got pregnant with her toyboy Aaron who was only 19 at the time and she is also getting married!
